Nazia has worked in HR for over twenty years after graduating from the University of Glasgow with a MA degree in business management & organisational psychology, and thereafter a post graduate diploma in HR from the University of Strathclyde Business School.
She has held senior leadership roles and managed HR teams in various business sectors including financial services across the UK, Channel Islands, Europe and other global jurisdictions. She is a UK certified paralegal specialist in employment law and a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel & Development.
Nazia joined Aquitaine in November 2022 and enjoys international HR, business development in HR and the teamwork across the business.
In her spare time she enjoys travelling, going to the gym, playing tennis and practising yoga.
