Mukesh leads and manages the operations team, ensuring quality service delivery with a focus on Sanctuary’s onshore service offerings, including company and foundation set-ups and visas.
Drawing on over 20 years of experience in structuring and compliance, the last 15 of which have been gained in the UAE, Mukesh has extensive knowledge of establishing entities in the mainland and the most commonly used Free Zones and is able to compare options to offer clients the most appropriate solutions.
He has particular expertise of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), a premier UAE free zone with a legal system based on common law, which is popular with many clients looking for structures, including foundations, to help protect their assets and manage their succession strategies.
He also works closely with Sanctuary’s Advisory team to help ensure that our clients are offered the right structure to help meet their objectives.
