Alistair heads up Sanctuary in Saudi Arabia. Alistair has assisted and incorporated over 1,500 companies in Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar across a multitude of sectors. He is well versed with the local laws and regulations and has significant experience and knowledge of all major licensing jurisdictions in these countries.
Prior to joining Sanctuary in 2023, Alistair worked in the corporate services and company formation space in the region for seven years.
Alistair and his team in Riyadh work closely with all clients, advising, consulting and then executing suitable structures and services to meet their needs. These include company formation with the Ministry of Investment, Iqama and visa processing, ZATCA registration, Corporate Tax advice, and Corporate Bank Account opening.
