Reshma Mehta

Reshma is a seasoned finance professional with over 16 years of diverse experience spanning strategic finance, financial operations, and team leadership.

Reshma joined Sanctuary in January 2025 as Head of Finance, where she partners closely with the leadership team to reinforce operational excellence and shape long-term financial strategies that support sustainable growth and success.

Prior to joining Sanctuary, Reshma held senior finance roles at prominent growth-stage companies. Earlier in her career, she built a strong foundation working with globally respected firms such as McKinsey & Company, Ernst & Young, and KPMG.

Reshma is a member of the following professional bodies:

• ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India)
• CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) from the IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors), USA
• She is a certified IFRS professional (International Financial Reporting Standards)
