Gill began her career in UK retail and commercial banking in various business roles across Sales, Business Development, Operations and Client Relationship Management before moving offshore spending some time working for a financial regulator as part of the Banking Supervision team. As her career developed, she returned to the UK and moved into HR for Lloyds Bank in the City of London supporting operational and corporate banking teams.
Having returned to live offshore in 2007, she held various senior HR and Chief People Officer roles across mostly financial services, including the Head of HR for Barclays Private Clients International, before forming part of the Executive Leadership team supporting the Management Buy Out of IFG International by private equity to become First Names Group.
More recently she held the roles of Head of HR for Quilter International and Global Head of integration & HR Business Partnering and Interim Chief People Officer for Apex Group.
Gill is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and has a wide range of experience in leading HR functions, teams and businesses through significant change, system implementation, integration and growth across private equity, listed and privately held organisations.
Based in the Isle of Man, she has three children and is a keen follower of motorsport and enjoys travelling.
