Declan is a private client tax specialist, providing advice on all aspects of UK and Jersey taxes with a strong focus on offshore trust taxation. He has key experience in providing advice to individuals and trustees on tax efficient structuring and assisting clients with UK and Jersey tax reporting and compliance obligations.
Declan read Law at university, joining R&H Jersey in 2016 and subsequently becoming part of Summit Group following the acquisition in 2025. He qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2019 and became a STEP member in 2021. Declan was named as one of the Channel Island’s Top 35 under 35 in 2022.
