With over 26 years of professional experience in risk and compliance, predominantly within the fiduciary sector, Bernadette holds a robust compliance background and a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment. She began her career in the insurance industry before transitioning into her first compliance role in the late 1990s. Since then Bernadette’s career has advanced significantly, joining Summit Trust Guernsey Limited as Head of Risk and Compliance in April 2025.
Bernadette is a member of the International Compliance Association (“ICA”) and holds an ICA qualification, alongside additional qualifications in Trust and Company. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys reading, cycling, practicing yoga, spending quality time with family and friends, and visiting France.
